Corporate Manager turns to Video Production!
Hank Bochenski, small business owner (ah, that's music
to his ears) in San Ramon, California. For many years
Hank wanted to own his own business. Instead, he spent
30 years in the high tech environment working for large
corporations in the data storage industry. His position
there as a Customer Service Field Manager, was a very
high pressure, high demanding position and Hank often
ended the day feeling like the life blood had been drained
out of him.
He often wondered, how could he change his career now,
after all these years and do something that he would
enjoy. He often heard the saying, find something you
have a passion for and do it for a living. Then Hank
would ponder what his POSSIBILITIES
were. He would wonder, how he could do this and maintain
the same lifestyle that he had become accustomed to.
In his spare time (which wasn't often due to his highly
demanding career). Hank was converting his movie collection
(over 1,000 movies) from VHS to DVD. After converting
the movies to DVD, and making DVD labels for each one
of them, his wife said to him, "You know, it's
too bad you can't make money doing that
.it's the
only time I see you very happy". Well, that comment
ended up being a moment of clarity for Hank and a turning
point in his life.
He did some research and found a company called Home
Video Studio, Inc. located in Indianapolis, IN. They
offer a turnkey operation that provides a full range
of support to new business owners interested in the
video business. Their business package is awesome --
the system, the equipment, the training, the support,
the marketing materials, etc. They offer 21 profit centers,
ranging from DVD transfers, DVD duplications, home movie
transfers, photo-video keepsakes, sports scholarship
videos, video tape repair, etc. What a perfect opportunity
for someone like Hank. Hank and his wife did some due
diligence and decided that this was a perfect opportunity
for them. And to put the icing on the cake, Hank's
studio is in his own home, and he no longer has to commute
for 1.5 hours one way to get to work.

Hank has been in business for six months now. He says
he has never in his life been so rewarded and fulfilled,
as he is currently is as a small business owner of Bochenski
Video Services.
What can we learn from Hank?
When one starts to believe that something is indeed
possible for them in their vocational life and they
have the courage to follow their heart, magical things
can happen!
